Group Logic has announced the release of ExtremeZ-IP 5.3, an update to its Mac Windows connectivity software. The update is free for registered version 5 users. ExtremeZ-IP is priced starting at US$895 for a 10-client license.
ExtremeZ-IP was developed to help aid Mac users working in Windows-centric networking environments to share file and network printer resources. It's a Windows-based Apple Filing Protocol (AFP) server implementation.
The new 5.3 release adds support for Windows Server 2008.
ExtremeZ-IP requires Mac OS X 9 or later.
