onOne Software on Monday announced the release of Genuine Fractals 6, a new version of their image resizing software. It costs US$159.95 or $299.95 for the Standard and Pro Editions, respectively.
Genuine Fractals helps digital photographers to resize images without losing sharpness or detail. It does so using a patented method that works using fractal geometry. Genuine Fractals is designed to work with Adobe Photoshop CS4, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom and Apple Aperture 2.1.
New features in Genuine Fractals 6 include a new gallery wrap function, batch processing, tiling for smaller printers, and updated application support. The software is also included as part of onOne's Plug-In Suite 4.2; registered users of Plug-in Suite 4 recent Genuine Fractals 6 as a free download.
